When preparing for a remodel in our almost 100 year old house we noticed some potential mold from an old roof leak in a 2nd floor bedroom that travelled through to the kitchen and basement office below. Abstract Remediation (Michael) set up an appointment with us and confirmed that there was an issue. He examined other affected areas with us and gave a detailed plan of action. We felt confident in his ability to take care of the problems we discovered and felt he listened to our concerns as well as treated us and our home with respect. He was very easy to work with. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work required and we always felt that our house was in good hands. Very pleased with the thoroughness and timeliness of completion and we would recommend him to others and use Abstract Remediation again should any problem arise in the future.
